How should I bring my laundry to you?
Bring us your laundry any way you like - laundry basket, hamper, plastic bag, etc. Once you get here we will transfer your clothing to one of our laundry bags. When you come back to pick it up, it will all be stacked nice and neat inside easy to carry bags.

Do I have to sort it first?
We can sort the laundry for you, just ask. If you have special considerations regarding how to sort your laundry just let us know when you drop it off. Otherwise we will sort your laundry to provide the best possible wash. If you have further questions please feel free to ask one of our helpful associates.

I tend to forget things in my pockets...
We make every attempt to make sure all clothing has empty pockets before it goes to wash. Please know, though, that if you missed it, we could too. You are in the end responsible for any damage done to your own laundry, if it's a result of items left in pockets.
